Year 2010 Rate Schedule

Please note that as of July 1, 2010, taxes will be increased to accommodate
the new HST rate.

One night camping:

Basic (no services)$13/Adult, $5.00/Child + HST, Minimum $26.00 per site plus HST

Full Service (water, hydro & septic) $37.00 + $4.81 HST = $41.81

This rate is one family and one tent per site, a family consisting of 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 13). There is a $10.00 per night fee for each extra adult, $5.00 for child. Basic group camping $15.00 per day per Adult, and $5.00 per child, plus HST.

One week(7 days):

Basic (no services) $160.00 + $20.80 HST = $180.80

Full Service (water, hydro & septic) $222.00 + $28.86 HST = $250.86

One Month (30 days):

Basic (no services) $600.00 + $78.00 HST = $678.00

Full Service (water, hydro & septic) $850.00 + $110.50 HST = $960.50

Rental Trailers:

Trailer is NON SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED
$100.00 cleaning/damage deposit refundable upon inspection. Single families based on 2 adults and 2 children. Extra persons are $10.00 per night for each extra adult, $5.00 for child over 3, plus HST.

1½ Bedroom trailer on Pond: $625.00/week plus HST July & August, $90.00 per day (when available) plus HST.

Seasonal Camping Season 2011: May 8 - October 11

Full Service (water, hydro & septic)
(a) Regular site $1,710.00 + $222.30 HST = $1,932.30
(b) Premium: Water view site $1,865.00 + $242.45 HST = $2107.45

The full season runs from May 8 to October 11 - Water does not go on until May 15th and off on Oct 15th.
Fees maintain one family per site. A family rates cover 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 13). There is a $10.00 per night fee for each extra adult, $5.00 for child, plus HST.
Checkout time is 12:00 noon. No late check outs. After 12:00 noon another day will be charged.
Only one car per campsite (absolutely no exceptions), extra parking is available at the entrance.

A non refundable winter holding/seasonal fee is extra to the price above, but deductable from next years seasonal fee upon staying.
All seasonal sites will have a hydro meter. A $150.00 non-interest bearing refundable deposit will apply. This deposit will be returned upon termination of the license to occupy, less move out charges, damage and outstanding invoices.
These fees will be pro-rated to the remainder of the season
Trailers must be less then fifteen years old (1996) unless approved by management.
Seasonal payment must be made by cash, debit or cheque (no credit cards) and all payments are non-refundable after April 25th.

All daily SEASONAL visitors/guests (including children) must register at the office upon arrival. No charge for daily visitors but they must leave the park by 11:00 pm. There is a $10.00 fee per night for overnight adult guests and $5.00 for children. If the seasonal tenant is not in attendance the overnight guests will be charged the current full service rate for two adults and two children and $10.00 per adult and $5.00 per child for extra people, per night. All daily visitors must leave the park by 11:00 pm.

Visitors to non-seasonal sites will be charged a daytime park fee of $5.00 per adult and $2.00 per child (2+ years of age) plus HST. Our adult age in this park is 18 and over.

Management is not responsible for personal injury, damage or loss of property, however caused. Abuse of campground rules and/or property will result in immediate eviction without refund.
